Educational Qualification:
- (i) Officer-in-Charge (ESM Only):
- Candidates must have passed the Graduate Degree with 5 years of working experience in Health Care institutions or Managerial Positions. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- (ii) Medical Specialist:
- Candidates must have passed the Degree in Doctor of Medicine or Master of Science or Diplomate of National Board with 5 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University
- (iii) Medical Officer:
- Candidates must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree in the field of MBBS with 5 years of experience after the Internship. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- (iv) Dental Officer:
- Candidates must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery with 5 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- (v) Radiographer:
- Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Radiographer with 5 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- (vi) Lab Technician:
- Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology with 3 years of experience as a Lab Assistant in a Medical Laboratory. Bachelor’s Degree in B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- (vii) Pharmacist:
- Candidates must have passed the Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with 3 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- (viii)Physiotherapist:
- Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Physiotherapy with 5 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- (ix) Nursing Assistant:
- Candidates must have passed the Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery(GNM) with 5 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- (x) DH/DT/DORA:
- Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Dental Hygienist with 5 years of experience in the field of Dental Laboratory or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

- Candidates must have passed the Read and Write with 5 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
