- Aircraft Technician (B1 Maintenance, & Engine Shop) – 45
- Aircraft Technician (B2 Maintenance) – 10

Educational Qualification:
- Aircraft Technician (Maintenance / Engine shop) – B1 Trade:
- For all candidates other than Ex-Servicemen:
- AME Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (02 or 03 years) in Mechanical stream from Institutions approved by DGCA under Rule 133B with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates.) OR Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in Mechanical /Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent recognized by Central/ State Government with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
- For Ex-servicemen:
- Successful completion of Group 1 and/or II in the relevant trade or equivalent qualification of Diploma in Engineering in Airframe/Engine trades conducted by the Indian Air Force, which is acceptable as a qualification by DGCA for fulfilling the eligibility requirement for the CAR66 module examination OR Successful Completion of 4 years course/Diploma in Aircraft Training or its equivalent trade training conducted by Indian Navy, which is acceptable as a qualification by DGCA for fulfilling the eligibility requirement for the CAR66 module examination
- Aircraft Technician (Maintenance) B2 Trade:
- For all candidates other than Ex-servicemen:
- AME Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (02 Or 03 years) in Avionics stream from Institutions approved by DGCA under Rule 133B with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates) OR Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in Electrical / Electronics/ Telecommunication/Radio/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent recognized by the Central/ State Government with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).
- For Ex-servicemen:
- Successful completion of Group 1 and/or II in the relevant trade or equivalent qualification of a Diploma in Engineering conducted by the Indian Air Force, which is acceptable as a qualification by DGCA for fulfilling the eligibility requirement for the CAR66 module examination OR Successful Completion of 4 years course/Diploma in Aircraft Electrical/ Electrical/ Radio Artificer or its equivalent trade Training conducted by the Indian Navy, which is acceptable as a qualification by DGCA for fulfilling the eligibility requirement for the CAR66 module examination
- Technician (Welder):
- 10+2 passed (with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths) with ITI in the welder trade, recognized by the Central/ State Government or NCVT.
- Technician (Machinist):
- 10+2 passed (with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths) with ITI in machinist trade, recognized by the Central/ State Government or NCVT.
Age Limit :
- Maximum Age for General/EWS: 35 Years
- Maximum Age for OBC: 38 Years
- Maximum Age for SC/ST: 40 Years
